WASHINGTON COUNTY, Minn — Authorities have identified the body found June 2 in a May Township pond and ruled his cause of death a homicide.
The victim has been identified as 47-year-old Jose Natividad Genis Cuate of Minneapolis.
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office determined he died as result of a homicide.
Police said the body was decomposing when it was found.
The pond is near Manning Trail N & 176th Street N.
The investigation is ongoing.
