ST. PAUL- A water main break in St. Paul has created a big sinkhole near Kelly's Depot Bar & Grill in the city's Lowertown neighborhood.
Crews are working to repair the 12-inch water main break and the damage on E. Kellogg Blvd.
The water has been shut off, which is affecting some nearby businesses and residents, but officials say it should be restored by Sunday evening.
The section of Kellogg Blvd. is expected to be closed at least until Tuesday.
