MINNEAPOLIS - HGTV is launching a pilot featuring Minneapolis couple and real estate/renovation team, Heather and Brad Fox. Together, their company Fox Homes helps families find, build, and renovate their dream homes.

The show, called “Stay or Sell”, debuts on Monday, July 9th at 10 p.m.

The pilot focuses on St. Louis Park couple, Liza and Brian Hill, deciding whether to renovate their existing home for their growing family or buy nearby and renovate.

“When we got the call from HGTV, we knew this would only work for us if we could focus on projects we complete for our clients, not flips, ” said Brad. “They created the premise of the show around what we actually do. We help clients stay in the areas they love by focusing on their ideal neighborhood and knowing we can completely recreate the house. When you find an area you love, we want to help keep you there.”

The Foxes started their business right after the recession, realizing people were, rightfully so, more conservative in their home buying. Together, they knew people shouldn’t have to settle for their dream home, but could buy within budget and still have space to make it their own.

“We want to bring families through the whole process, so they feel empowered to make some of the biggest decisions. The pilot captures that perfectly, as we help Liza and Brian create their perfect space,” said Heather.

Pending the shows anticipated success, “Stay or Sell” will be picked up for a full season in 2018.

A public pilot viewing party, with Heather, Brad and the Fox Homes crew, will be held at 6Smith in Wayzata from 8 - 11 p.m. on July 9.
