MINNEAPOLIS — Homicide investigators are looking for answers after a body was found behind a home on the city's north side Tuesday.
A police spokesman says officers were dispatched following a 911 call reporting a dead body behind a residence on the 3500 block of Dupont Ave. North around 5:30 p.m.
Officers arrived and found the body of an adult woman. At this point police have not commented on a cause of death.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office is working on identifying the person.
