Samantha is a Digital Executive Producer at KARE 11.
She joined KARE 11 as a Digital Content Producer in August of 2021, following a years-long stint at Minneapolis' CBS affiliate WCCO-TV as a web producer and digital line producer.
She grew up in central Minnesota before heading south to attend Minnesota State University, Mankato (go, Mavs!), where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Journalism. It was in Mankato that she started her career as a sports reporter at the daily newspaper, The Free Press.
Samantha is a two-time Regional Emmy-nominated journalist — but her cat is still not impressed.
