Sean "Diddy" Comb's former personal chef is making some shocking allegations about working for the hip-hop mogul.
Cindy Rueda's lawyer, Cristal Cabrera, filed a lawsuit on Monday at the Los Angeles Superior Court against Diddy, citing claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation. Rueda alleges in the docs obtained by ET that the 47-year-old star and his house guests made "unwanted sexual advances" while she was working for him, and engaged in other "unwanted verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature."
"Plaintiff [Rueda] was regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity," the documents allege, also claiming that Diddy would ask Rueda if "she was attracted to or liked his naked body."
The lawsuit also alleges that Rueda was "mortified" when one of Diddy's male house guests allegedly approached her "in the nude and asked her to look at and admire his genitals after he had engaged in sexual activity with another house guest."
Rueda goes on to in the documents that she started working for Diddy in January 2015 on the weekends from 9 a.m. to midnight, sometimes 2:30 a.m., and in September of that year, she started working daily as the lead chef. Rueda says she was not compensated for the hours she worked past her 15-hour work day.
The papers go on to say that Rueda was terminated after being accused of stealing a watch that she claims a housekeeper gave to her. Rueda says she was then told to sign an exit agreement but refused.
"She was lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and ultimately terminated," Cabrera states in the documents. "Moreover, plaintiff alleges that defendants retaliated against her and ultimately fired her because of her ongoing complaints regarding unhealthy conditions including excessive hours without the required compensation and the ongoing and pervasive sexual harassment of defendant Combs and his house guests."
Rueda is asking for an unspecified amount of damages in the lawsuit.
