A band that imploded after charting some of the biggest hard rock hits of the 80s and 90s is back together and launching a huge summer stadium tour that will bring them to Target Field.
Guns N' Roses, with original members Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan, will stop in Minneapolis on Friday, July 24, as part of the North American leg of the "Larger Than Life" tour, which launches in Milwaukee July 4. It follows an international swing that opens in Mexico City March 14, with stops in Munich, London, Vienna and Warsaw.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Feb. 7, with presale for Citi card members opening Tuesday, Feb. 4. They are available at Livenation.com. At this point no prices are available.
The current Guns N' Roses lineup includes Axl Rose on lead vocals, Slash on lead guitar, Duff McKagan on bass, rhythm guitarist Richard Fortus, keyboardists Dizzy Reed and Melissa Reese and drummer Frank Ferrer.
