FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — Even though the Great Minnesota Get-Together is canceled in 2020, one of State Fair favorites will be selling some sweet new shirts.
Sweet Martha’s has gotten in on the tie dye game. The colorful merchandise from the tasty vendor goes on sale Thursday. It's the first ever merch collection. Martha Rossini Olson, or better known as Sweet Martha, said it’s one way the cookie company can still support themselves during this pandemic.
There will be two lines of limited edition tie dye tees available. There’s also a fun fact about the new items: Sweet Martha dyed a few herself.
"Once they’re gone, they’re gone," Sweet Martha said. "It was a group project and it was really a lot of fun," she said.
Sweet Martha said right now, they’re gearing up for the lucky ones who got a 2020 Minnesota Fair Food Parade spot. That sold out in a matter of hours.
It is just another way to help out those state fair food vendors and get you that fair food fix.
Visit Sweet Martha's website to get a hold of the merchandise.
10% of proceeds in the month of August will be donated to Cookie Cart and the Hallie Q Brown Community Center.
