You need a cool beverage to wash down all those new foods, and the Great Minnesota Get-Together is offering up 63 different varieties.

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — If you're gluten-free, vegan or both, you know that good eats require good research.

And at the Minnesota State Fair, fried foods are around every corner and everything is covered in cheese. So we're going to make the research a bit easier for you with a list of foods and where to find them in 2024.

GF means gluten-free, DF is dairy-free, V is vegan and VEG is vegetarian.

This list is not comprehensive and will be updated with additional vendors. If you have a severe gluten allergy, make sure to ask the vendor if there is any risk of cross-contamination because some vendors have shared fryers.
