MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota — A sure sign of spring is the return of the annual Food & Wine Experience in downtown Minneapolis. This year hundreds of vendors will take over the field. And for the first time, nonalcoholic craft brewery, Hairless Dog Brewing, will be among them. The Minnesota-based company was co-founded by friends Jeff Hollander and Paul Pirner after they both decided to make a life change exclusive of alcohol.
Unlike other NA beers who alcohol during distillation, Hairless Dog, has invented an innovative brewing process where it’s never introduced, resulting in craft beer that’s always 0.0% alcohol by volume. Hairless Dog currently offers three signature styles, a Black Ale, Coffee Stout and an IPA, all of which will be available for sampling this weekend.
