MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota — Comics, TV, and film collide this weekend at the Twin Cities Con. The three day event starts Nov. 11 and has a jam-packed schedule for guests.
"I love Cosplay and I love seeing people put their all into a costume," Kathy Storkamp said.
Storkamp is an Anime fan. She started getting into the Japanese cartoons through online websites and waited in-line to meet famous voice actor, Johnny Yong Bosch. He is one of the many famous Anime voice actors in-town.
'Lord of the Rings' stars Elijah Wood and Sean Astin take center stage on Nov. 12. The organizers are expecting large crowds for their event due to the new Amazon series, "Rings of Power."
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey is issuing a proclamation for Nov. 12, declaring it, "Middle Earth Day."
