MINNEAPOLIS — Grilling season is here, and we've got some tips from a professional to take your outdoor dinners to the next level.
John Mihajlov, Chief Operating Officer for Finnegans Brew Co., shares his secrets in the KARE 11 backyard.
Mihajlov says one of the most important things you can do is to know your grill. Different kinds of grills have different hot spots, and may require special techniques to control the heat and season the grill correctly.
On KARE 11 Saturday, Mihajlov will share how to grill a perfect burger, and how to make a refreshing grilled walleye sandwich.
The Finnegans Brewery tap room is back open Wednesday through Saturday at 817 5th Avenue South in Minneapolis.
