HOPKINS, Minn. — A thriving vegetable garden is growing next to the Hopkins Campus of Cargill.
This is just one of an amazing 300 "Giving Gardens" that the Cargill employees are growing around the world this summer.
The vegetables are all donated to local food shelves.
The Hopkins garden harvest goes to the ICA Food Shelf which feeds hundreds of families every month.
They have many volunteers along with a master gardener working on best practices to get the biggest crop possible from this fantastic garden.
Great job Cargill!
