$15 million home is MN's most expensive listing

DEEPHAVEN, Minn. - It's the most expensive house on the market in Minnesota -- and we managed to get a look inside.

The home, which was listed by Lake Sotheby's International Realty agency this spring, has a list price of $15,795,000. Yes, that's $877 per square foot.

The two-story home was built in 2012 by John Kraemer & Sons after the homeowners designed their "dream home" for more than two years.

It's situated on the highest point of Lake Minnetonka and has stunning views of the expansive lake, both from the multiple balconies on the backside of the home and from the rooftop (which is excessive from inside the home and has soft seating for ultimate views of those Fourth of July fireworks).
