MINNEAPOLIS - Two people are charged after a shooting at the Little Earth Housing Complex in Minneapolis that left six people injured, including two critically.
According to criminal charges, Minneapolis police officers arrived to the scene around 7:45 p.m. on May 2 to a "chaotic scene" involving more than 50 people. Six people were found with gunshot wounds.
Officers on scene recovered several discharged cartridge casings and several firearms, including an assault-style rifle.

Authorities used surveillance video to identify three gunmen, two who could be seen firing their weapons in the footage -- Rico Daniel Ray King, 21, of Minneapolis and a 14-year-old juvenile. A third gunman appeared to be carrying the assault-style rifle, however, once the shooting began, fortunately, that person wasn't able to get the firearm out from under his clothing, according to the complaint.
During the aftermath of the shooting, charges say Georgina Jene Kellum, 35, of Crystal, "obtained the firearm" used by the 14-year-old. When Kellum was being arrested, she still had the weapon in her possession.
Before finding the weapon, Kellum allegedly lied about having a gun or knowing about a gun.
Minneapolis Police say the investigation is ongoing. King and Kellum are currently in custody. Authorities say both are a significant risk to public safety.
