MINNEAPOLIS - For more than 30-years, Bob Rivard has built a replica of the tracks, the way he remembers them in N.E. Minneapolis in the summer of 1977.
Hundreds of rail cars, engines, and landscapes he has created by hand.
He has exacted the measurements of roads, bridges, and railyards.
It is like nothing many of you have ever seen, and tonight, you can see the tracks, that Bob built.
