MEDICINE LAKE, Minn. - The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting death of a man who was in a Medicine Lake house.
According to the Sheriff's Office news release, fugitive recovery agents were outside the house in the 100 block of Peninsula Road talking to the man they were attempting to take into custody when they heard a loud bang from inside and called 911.
Plymouth police officers and Hennepin County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 911 call around 12:40 p.m. Sunday.
The man was found inside the house dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
No foul play is suspected, according to the news release.
