Chara Juneau and Adam Claude had their wedding at the Feed My Starving Children location in Coon Rapids. And then they - and all their guests - got to work.

COON RAPIDS, Minn. — "This is your day."

It's a common mantra that's repeated to the bride on her wedding day.

But Chara Juneau and her fiance Adam Claude wanted to take a different approach.

They gave their special day back to others.

The couple met through a group called Twin Cities Christian Fellowship, which gives back to the community. Through that group, they worked with Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), an organization that packs meals for undernourished children in more than 60 countries.

So when it came time to tie the knot, they decided, what better place to begin their marriage?

Chara and Adam had their ceremony at the FMSC site in Coon Rapids, and afterward their more than 70 guests packed meals for children.

And of course, a wedding focused around meal packing wouldn't be complete without a walk through a "ladle arch."
