EDINA, Minn. - A popular Wayzata lakefront restaurant is expanding to Edina.
The owners of CoV announced Friday they will open a second spot in the newly expanded Galleria later this fall.
The 8,000-square-foot space will feature the same seafood-focused menu as its original spot, featuring crab cake sliders, lobster, fresh fish tacos, raw oysters on the half shell and more.
Construction of the new restaurant will begin in June and should be completed by November.
The space will include a bar, spaces for larger groups or private dining and a patio for the summer months.
