WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. — Police are searching for a second missing person after a semi crashed through a guardrail and into a lake near Wisconsin Dells Sunday morning.

The semi crashed into Mirror Lake at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday. The Wisconsin State Patrol believes two people were in the truck. Troopers say they are presumed dead.

One body was recovered Sunday night, according to KARE 11's sister station WMTV.

It's still not clear what caused the crash, although troopers think weather could be a factor.

The crash closed Interstates 90 and 94 through the Dells for most of the afternoon. Crews from the state patrol, Sauk County Sheriff's Office, and Lake Delton Police and EMS all responded. The Wisconsin DNR also arrived to handle the diesel spill.
