ST PAUL, Minn. — The Ramsey Co. Sheriff's Office said Monday it has arrested the suspect in three reports of sexual assault and a burglary of an occupied dwelling.
Authorities asked for the public's help earlier this month identifying the suspect, who they described has an African American male about 20 to 30 years old, tall, slender build with a small beard. The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office provided photos and say the arrest was made possible, in part, from a tip.
