MINNEAPOLIS — A man found dead in a Minneapolis alley Monday morning has been identified, and the death is ruled a homicide.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office reported on Wednesday that the man was Lemandre Eugene Ingram, 40, of Minneapolis. The medical examiner said he died of a gunshot wound to the head.
