MINNEAPOLIS — A woman is being treated for a potentially life-threatening gunshot wound caused by a bullet that pierced her apartment window in north Minneapolis Wednesday.
Minneapolis police say the victim was shot when gunfire from a vehicle in the alley behind her apartment on the 900 block of Oliver Avenue North came through a window shortly before 7 a.m.
She was transported to Hennepin County Healthcare to be treated.
Responding officers secured the shooting scene and searched the area but were unable to locate any suspects.
At this point there have been no arrests.
