GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Helping a friend or loved one navigate life and health care can be complicated and frustrating.
Individual experiences with caregiving vary widely, but they often feel a lot like this, which can make the experience isolating and exhausting as many caregiving situations span years.
To help shed light on this growing issue, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota produced a seven-part video series hosted by former longtime KARE 11 anchor Diana Pierce.
The series goes beyond the numbers and explores the personal stories of local caregivers including Diana’s own story of taking care of her mother after her stroke is one of the documented stories.
