GOLDEN VALLY, Minn. - After being diagnosed with Stage IV Hodgkin’s Disease in 1998 Randy Shaver underwent treatment for five months and went into remission. He created the Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund in 2003 to support the cancer community in Minnesota by funding research, prevention, treatment and other programs relating to the cancer community’s needs.
