ST. PAUL, Minn. - Como Zoo's newest member of the family, a baby Sumatran orangutan, needs a name -- and the zoo wants your help to pick it.

The baby was born on Jan. 7, via a C-section and spent a short time at the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center. She's now back with her mother, Markisa, bonding and resting comfortably, according to zoo officials.

The Como Zoo staff has picked three potential names for the little girl, each with its own meaning. They include:

-- Aanjay (pronounced On-jay) which means unconquerable

-- Cinta (pronounced Chin-tah) which means love

-- Kemala (pronounced Key-mala) which means magic stone

Como Zoo is asking the public to vote for their favorite name through donations for the zoo. Donations for each name can be made by visiting the Zoo's website.

Visitors to the zoo can also donate and vote in person.

A special baby shower will be held from Feb. 14-16 when the winning name will be announced.
