MINNEAPOLIS - “We are launching a unique News leadership structure at KARE 11,” said John Remes, General Manager. “Creating a News Triad of content leaders which will help us more completely serve our customers and meet them online, on-air and socially.”

Effective September 24, 2018, Stuart Boslow will be joining KARE 11 News in the newly created role of Director of Content. Boslow, former Executive Producer at TEGNA sister station KSDK in St. Louis, will oversee vision, strategy, editorial coverage and the distribution of News across all content platforms.

"I think anyone who enters into this industry, dreams of working at KARE 11,” says Boslow. “The legacy of award-winning storytelling and photojournalism is renowned. I’m looking forward to being part of it and taking it to the next level.”

“Nogy’s experience and organizational skills with breaking news, big events like the Super Bowl, Olympics and revamping KARE 11 Sunrise, are shining examples of strategic leadership,” said Remes. “And this powerful new structure would not be possible without the recent arrival of Lauren Olson.”

Lauren Olson joined KARE 11 in June 2018 as Digital Director. Olson is the former Digital Director of Network Partnerships & Integrated Marketing at NBCUniversal, having worked on entertainment programs including Saturday Night Live. Olson will spearhead digital strategy and oversee KARE 11’s content distribution.
