MINNEAPOLIS — Rescue crews are on the scene after a car crashed into a building in Middtown Minneapolis on Tuesday.
Calls for emergency response started around 11:45 a.m. to the 1200 block of East Lake Street. Hennepin County Emergency Medical Services spokesman Mike Trullinger says a vehicle crashed into the wall of a building, injuring at least two people.
Both patients were transported to a local hospital with what are being called non-life threatening injuries.
A person working inside another room in the building tells KARE 11 that it sounded like an earthquake when the car crashed through the outer wall.
