EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — Two men have been charged after allegedly engaging in criminal sexual conduct at an Eden Prairie massage therapy business.

Both alleged offenses took place at the Tiger Cave Massage and Foot Spa, according to charging documents.

In the first case, a woman told police the man who gave her a massage, 26-year-old Dru Barrow of Minnetonka, made an inappropriate remark on March 25. The man then started massaging her shoulders before he started grabbing her breasts, according to the charging document. The woman told officers she never asked the man to massage her breasts.

When the victim later called the business to tell them what happened, she said the staff and owner were dismissive of her claims, prompting her to contact the police.

During the police investigation, it was found that Barrow was not licensed to practice massage therapy in the city of Eden Prairie.

The second complaint against an employee of the establishment came on May 16.

In that instance, a woman contacted the police after she and her husband received a couples' massage.

The woman told officers that her masseuse, identified as 28-year-old John Vue, of Minneapolis, also gave her an unsolicited breast massage.

This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
