BCA asking for public help finding missing endangered man

According to the agency, 39-year-old Ratta Chan was last seen on Tuesday morning in Shakopee and left on foot.

SHAKOPEE, Minn — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is asking the public to help find a missing endangered man.

According to the agency, 39-year-old Ratta Chan was last seen on Tuesday morning in Shakopee and left on foot.

Chan could be headed toward the Twin Cities, specifically, the areas near the Dorothy Day Center or Union Gospel Mission, added the report. He doesn't have his medicine and may not be communicative. 

According to the BCA, he was last seen wearing a blue, white and green striped polo, a blue sweatshirt, blue sweatpants and black shoes. 

Chan stands just under 5'1" and weighs approximately 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. 

Anyone who sees Chan is asked to call the Scott County Dispatch.
