MINNEAPOLIS — Two words are being said in record numbers in the workforce across America: I quit.
It's a post pandemic phenomenon, folks taking that job and shoving it, like they haven't in decades.
According to the United States Department of Labor, four million Americans said "I quit" in April. They didn't get laid off, they quit.
