GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Last month, WTVO Chief Meteorologist Candice King had a message. A voicemail message on the weather line at the station, to be specific.
It was a message from a viewer, a woman, who didn’t leave her name and number calling to complain about something Candice….well about something, Candice.
Candice didn’t get the forecast wrong. She didn’t mispronounce anything. She didn’t fall on her face on the air.
She just went on the air and 31 weeks pregnant.
And a woman….told her…she should be ashamed of that.
