MINNEAPOLIS — Bridging founder Fran Heitzman has died at the age of 94, according to the Bridging organization.
Heitzman died Saturday surrounded by family at his home.
His organization Bridging gives donated furniture and other household items to people and families coming out of homelessness.
Back in 2005, He was an 11 Who Care honoree.
