MINNETONKA, Minn. — A 17-year-old girl was seriously injured in a crash Tuesday evening on Highway 7 in Minnetonka.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the teen suffered "life-threatening" injuries when two vehicles collided at Williston Road just before 2:30 p.m.
Officials said the teen was turning onto southbound Williston Road when the vehicle was struck by another vehicle traveling eastbound on Highway 7. The driver in the other vehicle was transported to a nearby hospital with "non-life-threatening injuries," according to state patrol.
Officials say it's unknown if alcohol played a factor in the crash.
