ROCHESTER, Minn. — Emergency crews are working to clean up a chemical spill after a semi rolled over Wednesday evening in southern Minnesota.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the semi rolled near Highway 52 and Interstate 90 in Rochester shortly after 7 p.m., spilling sodium chloride and hydrogen peroxide.
A message was sent out by the Rochester Office of Emergency Management urging people to stay away from the area, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) closed the ramp from I-90 westbound to Hwy 52 until around 11:45 p.m.
State Patrol says no injuries have been reported.
