ALBERTVILLE, Minn. — A 43-year-old man was killed in a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 94 near Albertville.
The Minnesota State Patrol said the crash occurred just after 3 p.m. when four vehicles traveling westbound on I-94 collided near mile marker 202. The driver of one of the vehicles, later identified as Benjamin Walter Wittrock of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, died from his injuries. Another person was injured, but officials are calling the injuries non-life threatening.
