ST PAUL, Minn. — A Hastings man died in a crash Monday after authorities said the car went off the roadway.
According to Minnesota State Patrol, the driver of a GMC Sierra was traveling northbound on Highway 61 near Lower Afton Road in St. Paul around 4:30 a.m.
The driver, a 53-year-old from Hastings, went off the roadway and struck a tree, state patrol said, adding the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, official said.
