GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Pathways is celebrating 30 years of providing healing and life-changing activities for people experiencing serious health conditions including their caregivers and families.
Tim Thorpe, executive director, and Pam Lampert, former participant, current volunteer provider and board member joined KARE 11 to share the story of Pathways – A Healing Center.
Thorpe and Lampert explained that Pathways’ offerings range from laughter yoga to grief support and guided meditation to massage therapy and that all services are free for participants thanks to more than 120 licensed and certified volunteer providers, as well as a supportive donor community.
Pathways is located just off the intersection of Lake and Hennepin in Uptown.
The organization is celebrating its anniversary on Oct. 11 at International Market Square, and all are welcome. Find more information or register for the event here.
