GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - — It’s estimated more than five million Americans battle gambling addiction, and experts say many of them started by betting on sports or fantasy leagues.
There’s also a growing body of evidence that people are becoming addicted to fantasy sports sites even though those sites aren’t technically regulated as online betting sites.
Earlier this year the United States Supreme Court cleared the path for states to adopt sports gambling.
