GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn -- Jordan Supper Club and Tap Room (JSC) opened in early January 2016 in Jordan, MN. Surrounded by lush valleys and apple orchards in a serene location outside of the city, the building that is now Jordan Supper Club & Tap Room has been completely renovated into a space that not only reflects the country character of Jordan, but boasts both modern and mid-American design appeal as well.
The building actually features two different concepts: a supper club for more formal dining, open Thursdays through Sundays by reservation only, and a Tap Room that is open on weeknights, weekends and for brunch on Sundays. Both feature a variety of American all-time favorite dishes, including specialty steaks, chicken and fresh seafood, and a full bar with unique cocktails.
Its Executive Chef, Gheorghe Vatafu, recently joined the team from the St. Paul Grill, and is thrilled to bring his culinary expertise to JSC. Although its cuisine and ambience alone would be a reason to visit, those aren’t the only things JSC has to offer. Upon renovation, the owners wanted to take full advantage of the space and surrounding area and make the experience one that the guests won’t forget. In doing so, they added outdoor sand volleyball courts, outdoor seating, a tap room consisting of 16 different tap beers, ciders, and a variety of bottled, and a cidery, opening summer 2016, that will make handcrafted hard cider beer from the local apple orchards and farms.
