MINNEAPOLIS — Award-winning Twin Cities Chef Ann Kim, known for her stellar pizzas and bold flavors, has opened her first Korean American restaurant in Uptown (formerly Sooki & Mimi).
Aptly named "Kim's," it's open for dinner seven nights a week with added lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Kim's is gearing up for spring with new items on the menu and the restaurant is taking reservations (up until now, Kim's has been walk-in only.)
Ann Kim joined KARE 11 Saturday to prepare a dish or two and talk more about Kim's.
