MAPLE GROVE, Minn. — More than 25,000 people are expected to check out the colorful creations at the 9th annual Chalkfest in Maple Grove.
Chalkfest is a free 2-day street festival with artists transforming Main Street into a canvas of chalk art creations.
This year's festival is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9, rain or shine. The outdoor festival also welcomes "well behaved, leashed dogs."
It will also feature food vendors, live music on Saturday night, OMNI Brewing Beer Garden and a new Kids Zone for 2024 for kids and families to show off their skills with chalk.
