GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn -- Minnesota Monthly’s 5th Annual GrillFest will take place next weekend, Saturday, May 14 and Sunday, May 15 from 1 – 5 p.m. at CHS Field, the home of the St. Paul Saints.

Burger Jones "Stack Pack" Burger
For each burger, use:
§ White bun
§ Two hamburger patties, seasoned with salt and pepper
§ Romaine lettuce leaf
§ Sliced white onion
§ Sliced tomato
§ American cheese
§ *Burger Jones Special Sauce (see additional recipe)
Butter both sides of your bun and toast until a little crispy and golden brown.
Smother 1.5 oz. of Burger Jones Special Sauce on bottom bun.
Layer leaf lettuce, both patties with cheese, sliced tomato, another 1 oz. of Burger Jones Special Sauce, sliced white onion, and top bun.
*Burger Jones Special Sauce Recipe:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons small diced white onion
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
