North Loop's Freehouse launches new menu, summer hours

Chefs Jose Sanchez and James Nelson joined KARE 11 Saturday to discuss the new menu.

MINNEAPOLIS — The North Loop of Minneapolis is always a great spot for a bite and the popular restaurant Freehouse has a new menu and summer hours.

Some of the new items include Bananas Foster waffle, mashed potato martini, SoCal shrimp tacos, and Eggs Laurali.

Freehouse also features a large dog-friendly patio. They will also have summer music on the patio every Friday.

Hours:

  • Monday - Wednesday 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Thursday - Friday 9 a.m. - 12 a.m. (kitchen open until 11 p.m.)
  • Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 a.m. (kitchen open until 11 p.m.)
  • Sunday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Happy Hour:

  • Monday - Sunday 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
