Living in Minnesota you might not have a lot of opportunity to shuck oysters... but if you're into that, good news, you can take a class to learn how it's done.
Smack Shack is offering oyster shucking classes this spring.
Each class includes a dozen oysters to shuck and eat, beverages, one-on-one training, and an oyster knife and glove to take home.
Tickets are $60 per person.
These popular classes sell out fast, so more classes keep getting added. Classes start at 6:30 p.m.
Upcoming classes are on March 19 (only a few tickets left) at Smack Shack North Loop and April 9 and 24 at the Smack Shack Bloomington location.
