Recipe: Lucille's smoked Gouda mac n' cheese

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — Chef Greg Schmotzer is here from Lucille's to demonstrate their smoked Gouda mac n' cheese, and unveil their sunflower cocktail.

SMOKED GOUDA MAC N' CHEESE INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 ounces Cavatappi pasta
  • 4 ounces Andouille sausage, 
  • 4 ounces smoked Gouda
  • 4 ounces house made Alfredo sauce
  • 2 ounces Peppadew peppers
  • 1 ounce toasted bread crumbs.
