RECIPE: 'The Super Highball' cocktail

Erik Eastman, a former bartender who now sells premium cocktail ice to bars and restaurants in the Twin Cities joined KARE 11 Saturday to whip up a Super Bowl drink.

MINNEAPOLIS — More than 112 million people will be hosting or heading to a Super Bowl party this year. Between the commercials, halftime show and celeb power, viewers will be chowing down on snacks and sipping drinks for one of the biggest unofficial holidays of the year.

For those looking to level up their party, an easy way is to create a themed cocktail (or mocktail). Erik Eastman, a former bartender who now sells premium cocktail ice to bars and restaurants in the Twin Cities joined KARE 11 Saturday to whip up a Super Bowl drink.

Recipe: The Super Highball 

  • 1 oz Keeper's Heart Irish + American Whiskey
  • 4 oz 3Leche Miele Fermented Botanical Beverage
  • 3 Minnesota Ice Shards
