Revival opens new eatery at Malcolm Yards in Prospect Park

Revival Smoked Meats is an extension of the popular restaurant Revival, with three locations throughout the Twin Cities.

MINNEAPOLIS — Revival Smoked Meats recently opened at The Market at Malcolm Yards and is now one of the nine local chef-driven kitchens at the trendy industrial food court in Minneapolis' Prospect Park neighborhood.

They are serving classic southern-style brisket, smoked ribs, slow-smoked pork shoulder, smoked wings, a smoked jerk chicken sandwich, and a burnt-end burrito exclusive to The Market.

Revival Smoked Meats is an extension of the popular restaurant Revival, with three locations throughout the Twin Cities co-owned by Nick Rancone and Chef Thomas Boemer.

Chef Thomas joined KARE 11 Saturday to cook up some ribs and talk about the other dishes featured at Revival Smoked Meats.
