GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — For nearly a half century, Saji Ya has served up sushi and other delectable Japanese cuisine to patrons on St. Paul's Summit Avenue.
Restaurant GM Pat Kallemeyn and Executive Chef Noe Frausto visited KARE 11's studios Saturday to preview their upcoming chef tasting and demonstrate how to make special menu items, including wagyu rolls and maki rolls.
Saji-Ya's Oct. 28 Chef Tasting celebration includes a meet and greet with chefs and custom cocktails and courses from both the sushi bar and traditional kitchen.
