BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. — Have you ever tried a cocktail with a sea urchin twist?
Skaalvenn Distillery is launching new cocktails at its location in Brooklyn Park that will delight and intrigue your taste buds. The owners and bar manager recently visited Japan and learned about some remarkable flavors that they are now sharing with customers.
Some of the flavors include bonito flakes, Sakura flowers, sea urchin, pickled plums, Hiroshima lemon, Kyoto yuzu honey and Okinawan cane sugar. The KARE 11 Saturday crew got to try a few of these flavors.
